Terms of Service

Plain language. No tricks. If something here is unclear, email us and we'll explain it.

Who this applies to

These terms apply to anyone who uses Mnemonic — the website at mnemonic.fyi and any associated applications. By using Mnemonic, you agree to these terms.

What you can do

Meeting capture and consent

If you transcribe or record meeting content, you are responsible for complying with applicable laws and for obtaining consent from other participants where required. Mnemonic does not provide legal advice on recording or transcription.

Healthcare and regulated use

Mnemonic is not certified for HIPAA, clinical, or medical-device use. Do not store protected health information (PHI) or patient records unless you have completed appropriate legal and contractual review with us.

What you can't do

The service

We provide Mnemonic "as is." We work hard to keep it reliable, but we can't guarantee it will always be available or error-free. We're a small team building carefully.

Briefing content is generated by AI and may sometimes be incomplete or inaccurate. You are responsible for your own decisions — Mnemonic is a tool to support your judgment, not replace it.

Payments

Early access is free. When paid plans launch, billing will be processed by our payment partner (Merchant of Record, Lemon Squeezy) with terms shown at checkout. You can cancel subscriptions per that provider's flow. See our Refund Policy for refund eligibility and how to request one.

Refund policy (summary)

Mnemonic Pro: USD $12/month via Lemon Squeezy. 14-day money-back on first charge — email hello@mnemonic.fyi. Cancel anytime; access through current period. 환불 정책 (KR) · 요금 (KR)

Ending the relationship

Intellectual property

Mnemonic, its code, design, and brand belong to us. The content you create — your notes, documents, and context — belongs to you.

Changes

If we make material changes to these terms, we'll email you at least 30 days before they take effect. Continuing to use Mnemonic after that means you accept the new terms.

Questions? hello@mnemonic.fyi — we're humans and we respond.
