Refund Policy

Mnemonic sells digital software subscriptions. Payments are processed by our Merchant of Record, Lemon Squeezy, which also handles tax and charge disputes where applicable.
Early access (free)
Our Early access plan is free. No payment is collected and no refund applies.
Mnemonic Pro (paid)
Pro is a monthly subscription (currently listed at USD $12/month on our pricing page). Checkout terms are shown before purchase.
- 14-day money-back guarantee: If you are not satisfied with your first Pro charge, email hello@mnemonic.fyi within 14 days of purchase with your order email. We will request a full refund through Lemon Squeezy.
- Cancel anytime: You may cancel your subscription in the Lemon Squeezy customer portal or by contacting us. Access continues until the end of the current billing period; we do not refund unused partial months after the 14-day window except where required by law.
- Billing errors: Duplicate charges or technical billing mistakes are refunded in full after verification.
How to request a refund
Email hello@mnemonic.fyi from the address used at checkout. Include your receipt or order ID. We aim to respond within 2 business days.
