No. Mnemonic does not send bots to your Zoom or Google Meet calls. Briefs use your calendar and the notes you add. Optional Live capture in the app uses your browser’s speech recognition to save text you choose — we do not record raw audio unless you upload a file.

Every meeting you sync adds to your context. Over time, Mnemonic builds a richer picture of each relationship — so briefs for someone you've worked with for months are significantly more useful than briefs for a new contact.

Currently Mnemonic is an individual tool — your memory is yours, private to you. Team features are in development and will allow shared context, collaborative briefs, and org-level memory. We'll notify waitlist users when this launches.

Yes. All data is encrypted in transit and at rest. We use industry-standard security practices. We never sell your data, and we never use it for advertising. See our Privacy Policy for full details.
No. We use Anthropic's API under an agreement that prohibits using customer data for model training. Your meeting context is never used to train any AI model.
Yes. In Settings you can Export my data (JSON) or Delete account permanently. Deletion removes all meetings, briefs, and notes within 30 days. See our Privacy Policy.
We do not join your call as a bot. Optional Live capture in the app converts speech to text you save (browser mic or shared tab audio). Desktop tray can send short audio chunks for transcription. See Privacy.
